Reaver has great DPS but it's boring because you just spam Dragon Rage. Champion is harder to kill than any of the others and To The Death is an amazing debuff mid game when fighting bosses/dragons. Templar has nice passives and comes with a pretty damaging combo built in with Heaven Wrath to Dispel.
So after picking apart all of the nine different specializations available in Dragon Age Inquisition, there are three options that sit at the top. Knight-Enchanter for Mage, Assassin for Rogue, and Reaver for Warrior. Each of these offers the most damage versus protection to make them substantial in a fight and able to solo a playthrough.
Boards. Dragon Age: Inquisition. Chevalier Specialization. kaalkurayami 8 years ago #1. In the next dragon age game, they should make Chevalier as a specialization for the warrior class. They are trained in the use of all kind of weapons, have a unique skill set (read 6 forms so far, see below, but they have way more) and are trained to fight
Boards. Dragon Age: Inquisition. Iron Bull no Specialization? jophy 9 years ago #1. My main is a Reaver, so i hardly use Ironbull. But i just realize that Iron Bull does not have the Reaver skill tree. All my other characters have their specialization except Iron Bull. Do I have to do something before he can be a reaver? zepfya 9 years ago #2.
The best class in Dragon Age Inquisition is subjective and depends on your playstyle. However, Knight-Enchanter, Necromancer, and Rift Mage are all considered to be top-tier classes. The Knight-Enchanter is a powerful melee class that can also cast spells. They are very tanky and can deal a lot of damage.
For the Inquisitor, at level 10 you get a war table quest to call specialization trainers. It completes instantly and causes the three trainers to show up at Skyhold. You go up to them and they give you a quest. You have to get a book (from whichever of your companions has the spec you want, for example if you want Templar, have to get a book
Usually I'd prefer a mage or a high utility rogue My favorite class in Origins was a mage, in DA:2 it was dagger rogue. But so far in Inquisition I'm having the most fun with a two handed warrior (hardest difficulty with AOE friendly Fire on). So far I'm specializing in the orange tree (forget what it's called).
Yes. Russian_Rocket 8 years ago #6. I only respec'd my inquisitor. Mostly because I'm lazy with micromanaging. It's cheap enough to respec, so you might as well, if you want. I don't think it's necessary as I did manage to get to the end (and beat the 10 high dragons) on hard without doing it for everyone.
